Lodge Festival "Go" Kit

Beginning in Spring 2022, the Indiana Grand Lodge is kicking off a campaign to encourage lodges to get out of their buildings and participate in public street fairs and festivals. To both encourage and facilitate this, the INGL Marketing Committee has teamed up with VistaPrint, our online branded print provider, to purchase the commercial print materials necessary to set up a "better-than-basic" festival booth. 

Lodges will purchase this Indiana Freemasons branded kit from INGL at a cost of $400 (it includes over $500 worth of supplies if purchased separately) and lodges will be eligible to receive a refund of $225 from the INGL Co-Op Marketing Plan after they successfully attend their first festival - no prior-approval form is required. After that lodges will be able to request additional print materials as needed and continue to use the materials for future public events. This is a great opportunity for lodges to partner with appendant bodies, including youth and ladies, to discuss the entire masonic family with prospective members and interested members of the community.


NOTE: Lodges will remain responsible for registering for (including potential fees and obtaining a certificate of insurance when required,) setting up, and staffing the festival booth. 

SHIPPING - An additional shipping fee of $50 will be added if the kit needs to be shipped. We will work on stationing these around the state with INGL Officers and Representatives. Reach out to see if a kit is available nearby before purchasing shipping, please.
