Lodge Festival "Go" Kit 

Beginning in Spring 2022, the Indiana Grand Lodge is kicking off a campaign to encourage lodges to get out of their buildings and participate in public street fairs and festivals. To both encourage and facilitate this, the INGL Marketing Committee has teamed up with VistaPrint, our online branded print provider, to purchase the commercial print materials necessary to set up a "better-than-basic" festival booth. 

For 2023, we will be updating the process to purchase the Festival Kits

Step 1: A representative, upon approval by the lodge, will purchase the Table Cloth and Stamp from Vistaprint using the links provided

Step 2: Download and fill out the Co-Op Marketing Form

Step 3: Take a picture of the completed Co-Op Form and use the data entry section at the bottom of this page and we will mail the package to you. (Note, the form will not accept a .PDF file. Only a .jpg or .png please.)

For kits purchased after Annual Communication, we will ship them. For kits purchased before Annual Communications 2023, please pick them up from the Ante Room of the Lodge Room by the Indiana Freemasons Museum in Indiana Freemasons Hall.

NOTE: Lodges will remain responsible for registering for (including potential fees and obtaining a certificate of insurance when required,) setting up, and staffing the festival booth.
