Restoration Lodge UD
Congratulations on taking steps and being accepted back into Indiana Freemasonry. Reactivating your Membership in Indiana Freemasonry is only a few steps away. Please fill out the information below, submit payment and we will send you a Membership Card Valid for one year. Remember, you must affilliate with a chartered Lodge in Indiana within one year or you will be issued a demit. Additionally, the Restoration Lodge UD Membership card is only valid in Indiana.

Restoration Lodge UD Fee
Thsi fee is collected and $100 of he fee is sent to the Lodge you choose to affiliate with in Indiana. The Lodge is asked to accept this $100 as full payment for the balance of the year but may ask you to pay the difference. You will be responsible for the full amount in subsequent years to maintain your membership in good standing.
