2023 Indiana Masonic Leaders Summit

This event is limited to specific appendant/concordant body members. Our overall goal is to have the top two officers attend along with either a secretary/treasurer, but we understand that schedules are complex. Note - Meals are included, but we must have an RSVP. Location Subject to Change (Alternate is likely Indiana Freemason's Hall.)

Attendee Qualifications:

Grand Lodge of Indiana Officers / Specific Committee Chairs or Members

Men's Grand Statewide Bodies, such as the three Indiana Grand York Rite Bodies

• The top two available members of the body's progressive line
• Either the secretary or treasurer or secretary/treasurer
• If there is a formal PR, Marketing, and Communications officer - one representative

Scottish Rite CoD

Men's Regional bodies without a statewide Grand body, such as Shriners International, Grottos of North America, Lodge of Perfection, Rose Croix, etc.

• The top two available members of the body's progressive line
• Either the secretary or treasurer or secretary/treasurer, recorder (can be Valley Secretary)
• If there is a formal PR, Marketing, and Communications officer - one representative

Lady's Grand Statewide Bodies, such as the Grand Chapter OES

• The top two available Ladies of the body's progressive line
• The top two available Gentlemen of the body's progressive line (when applicable)
• Either the secretary or treasurer or secretary/treasurer
• If there is a formal PR, Marketing, and Communications officer - one representative

Youth "Grand" Statewide Bodies, such as Indiana DeMolay, Rainbow for Girls, and Indiana Job's Daughters International

• The top two available Youth Leaders of the body's progressive line
• The top two available Adult Leaders of the body's progressive line (when applicable)
• Either the secretary or treasurer or secretary/treasurer
• If there is a formal PR, Marketing, and Communications officer - one representative

Purpose:

1. Provide an opportunity to meet your counterparts throughout the appendant bodies

2. Create Team Building between Appendant Bodies

3. Share current issues and discuss proving solutions used

4. Sharing of resources already developed

5. Communication

6. Leadership

7. TeamUp Integrated Calendaring (topic from 2022)

8. Scheduled Breakout time for Networking with counterparts, Morning & Afternoon
